The parish council advises our Pastor, enhances parish life through committees and helps to shape and support the spiritual goals of St. Andrew Parish. Your input is vital. You are always welcome to ask questions, add a topic of concern to our agenda, to be present during The Voice of the People segment of the monthly meetings, or to contact a member below.

Parish member since 2000. Three children Jake and Taylor 18 and Helen 14 all graduates of St. Andrew School.
Current President parish council for the last 4 years. Present Grand Knight of Delavan Knights of Columbus 1612. Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus.
Former St. Andrew School committee chairman and Co-Chairman of the Annual St. Andrew Festival. Volunteer coach in several area sports over the last 10 years. Medical device Sales in Cardiology/ Vascular Surgery since 1999. Enjoys spending time with my kids along with a passion for golf and Iowa Hawkeyes. Vision for St. Andrew to help the parish work together across all our diverse groups and act together as one church.

Patti has been a member of St. Andrew Parish for her entire life, having attended St. Andrew Parish School. She was a catechist for our high school program for 15 years. Patti is an active volunteer in our Delavan community and feels her experience and long time commitment to St. Andrews will be helpful to our parish council. Skip Soukup and Patti have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.

Theresa has been a member of St. Andrew Parish since 1989. She is married to Kevin and has two grown
children. While their children were attending St. Andrews School and the Christian Formation
Program, Theresa was involved as a volunteer; serving for several years as chairperson of St. Nick’s Breakfast,
the Festival Games Tent and as a Confirmation catechist. Currently, she is the Parish Trustee Secretary and
a member of the Vision/Dreaming Committee.

Born and raised in Green Bay. Father was a lawyer and served 3 terms as Brown County DA. Mom was stay at home until we went to school. One brother who still lives in GB. BAchelor's Degree in English Education from UWGB. Master's Degree in Education from UW-Whitewater. Taught 7th-grade English for 38 years at Elkhorn Area Middle School. Retired in June. Have lived in Delavan for 16 years. Married for 13 years, now divorced. No children of my own.

Shari has been a member of St. Andrew Parish since about 2008, when she came from St. Patrick's Church in Whitewater. She is married to James and they have four children, three who are enrolled at St. Andrew Parish School. Shari and James own American Concrete & Excavating, LLC here in Delavan. She has been on Parish Council since 2010 and is also on School Committee.

I am a convert to the Catholic Church after serving in ordained ministry for more than nine years in another denomination. I hold a bachelor's degree in history, a master's degree in historical theology, and another in systematic theology, and am currently working (very slowly) on my doctorate. I work in Christian Education and Formation and teach at the University level. I am blessed with a wonderful wife and eight great kids! When I'm not studying, reading, or blogging, I enjoy eating and drinking! Like Bilbo Baggins, I have been specializing in food for many years, and my table has a high reputation!

Tina has lived in Delavan since 2003 and became a parish member of St. Andrew’s in 2011 after coming from St. Benedict’s in Fontana. She has three boys, all of which will be enrolled at St. Andrew Parish School in the fall. She is a CPA and operates her own practice, Advantage Accounting & Tax. Her husband, Zach, provides dairy veterinary services to the surrounding area in his own practice. She has served as Home & School Committee treasurer for several years as well as volunteered at numerous school events and fundraisers since her boys started there in 2008.

Enrique has been a parish member since 1998 and has two children that presently are in St. Andrew School. He also has a child that graduated from St.Andrew School and now is at Catholic Central and has a newborn. He studied two years in Cardinal Stritch University and is currently the representative of the hispanic community and the sacristan.
