Jennifer Paul was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She is a cradle Catholic and graduated from Dante Alighieri Academy in Toronto. With a Honors B.A. degree from York University, a JD degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and Bar membership with Law Society of Ontario under her belt, she went to work in the field of Trademarks with a premier Intellectual Property law firm in the financial district of Toronto downtown.

Jennifer eventually joined the Ontario Association of the Deaf as its Executive Director where she remained at its helm for three years before she moved to Chicago area to marry Bob Paul. When it was time for their son to go to school, they moved to Delavan in order to enroll in Wisconsin School for the Deaf. For over five years now, her family has attended the St. Andrew's Parish and their son has his Religious Education with Patty Kotechka (AKA PK), Coordinator of the Delavan Deaf Ministry.

It is with hope, under PK's guidance in the transition, Jennifer continues to do PK's important work serving the Catholic members of the deaf community. She also looks forward to exploring and possibly adding video technologies to continue spread the word about St. Andrew's Parish, its Deaf Ministry and most important of all, the Good News.
