Celebrating the Embrace of  God

For Catholics, the Sacrament of Baptism is the first step in a lifelong journey of commitment and discipleship. Whether we are baptized as infants or adults, Baptism is the Church’s way of celebrating and enacting the 2vsh74vno7xabv9osfhj8tqkxsl.jpgembrace of God.  Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit, and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God.

”Truly, truly, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”  John 3:3,5
